We regret to advise that on Thursday 19 March 2020, the Supreme Court issued a directive confirming that the hearing scheduled to proceed over two days (Monday 23 March 2020 and Tuesday 24 March 2020) will be adjourned.
A health issue was reported by a senior member of Southern Response's legal team and in light of the fact that the Supreme Court is now bound by a new Covid-19 protocol, it felt compelled to make this decision.
A new hearing date will be allocated in due course. Such date will be dependent on first, Judge's availability and second, any remaining Covid-19 constraints. We will let you know about the new date as soon as we can.
We confirm that we remain very confident of a positive outcome. Naturally, we have perused all the submissions now placed before the court by the various parties involved, and we remain very positive for both the hearing and the ultimate outcome.
